Welcome to The Game of Business website and application (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by the Interactive Bulgaria Foundation, with PIC-176889119, with the address at Sofia, Bulgaria 1113, 5 Nikolay Ostrovski Street, represented by the chairman, Ivan Velkov, (hereinafter referred to as "IBF" or "we"). These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE PLATFORM.

PLATFORM DESCRIPTION

The Platform includes the www.gameofbusiness.eu website and the www.app.gameofbusiness.eu application. The www.gameofbusiness.eu website is for informational purposes only and does not collect any data about its visitors. The www.app.gameofbusiness.eu application provides an immersive learning experience for entrepreneurship education and is currently in development as part of the "Game of Business: Simulation Environment for Entrepreneurial Education" project funded by the Erasmus+ Program.

USER ROLES

There are three user roles on the www.app.gameofbusiness.eu application:

a) Content Creator - can create a business plan, join and remove other creators, mentor, and reader.

b) Mentor - can comment on individual tasks in the modules, give guidance, and verify progress in mastering the educational content based on completed tasks.

c) Reader - can only browse.

USER DATA COLLECTION

We collect the following data on the www.app.gameofbusiness.eu application: Name, Surname, username, password, e-mail address, and the content that is filled in by the user. We collect this data to provide our services and improve the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to the www.app.gameofbusiness.eu application and the www.gameofbusiness.eu website, belong to IBF or our licensors. The content of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

DISCLAIMER

The Platform is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not want to bear any responsibility for damages or lost profits from the use of the tool.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IBF shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the Platform.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS

IBF may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
